How do I add a site?

1. Under Settings, click Sites from the left hand menu.

2. Select the Add Site button in the top right corner.

3. Fill out all applicable information.

4. Save.

How do I add a form?

1. Under Settings, click Forms from the left hand menu.

2. Select the Add Form button in the top right corner.

3. Fill out all applicable information.

4. Save.

How do I add a phone?

1. Under Settings, click Phones.

2. Select the Add Phone button in the top right corner.

3. Fill out all applicable information.

4. Save.

Ho do I set a schedule?

1. Under Settings, click Sites from the left hand menu.

2. Under Actions, select the Edit icon,pen,  for the desired site.

3. Click the Routes and Checkpoints tab.

4. Select the Open Route Scheduler button.

5. Double click on the cell for desired day and time.

6. Fill out all applicable information.

7. Save.

How do I view a timecard?

1. Under Reports, click Attendance from the left hand menu.

2. If you want a specific employee’s timecard, search the employee in the search bar.

3. Select the Save XLS button. An excel file with the report will then be generated.

If you would like the timecard as a PDF…

1. Open the excel file.

2. Select Save As.

3. From the drop down menu Save As Type, click PDF.

How do I turn on/off My Location?

1. On the app, click the My Location button. When it is highlighted, location is being recorded.

2. Click the My Location button again to turn off.

How do I set My Location on the back office?

1. Under Settings, click Sites on the left hand side.

2. Under Actions, select the Edit icon,pen, for the desired site.

3. Click the Reports and Notifications tab.

4. Under Online Reports, open My Location reports.

5. Set the Location Send Interval to the desired level.

Where do I get the QR Codes?

1. Under Settings, click Sites on the left hand side.

2. Under Actions, select the Edit icon,pen, for the desired site.

3. Click the Routes and Checkpoints tab.

4. Select the Get Barcodes as PDF button.

5. The file will go to your Downloads. Open up the file and print.

How do I link a QR Code with a form?

1. Under Settings, click Sites on the left hand side.

2. Under Actions, select the Edit icon,pen, for the desired site.

3. Click the Routes and Checkpoints tab.

4. Under Actions, select the Edit Checkpoint icon for the desired site.

5. Next to Scan Action, select Open Form from the dropdown menu.

6. Another dropdown menu will appear. Select the applicable form to link the QR Code with.

7. Save and close.

How do I turn on push notifications for Exception Reports?

1. Under Setting, click Sites on the left hand side.

2. Under Actions, select the Edit icon,pen, for the desired site.

3. Click the Reports and Notifications tab.

4. Under Online Reports, open Exceptions.

5. Turn on Online Notifications.

6. Select recipients.

7. Save.

What are incident reports?

Incident reports are urgent issues that need to be escalated to a manager or the head office for immediate action or as a notifier of issues arising at sites or locations.

What are exception reports?

Exception reports are any instances of a job not being completed. Examples include an employee not clocking in on time or missing a site on a patrol.

How do my clients gain access to the back office?

Contact us. We can set up a user account for your clients and include only what you wish for them to be able to view.

Do we need a license to add additional phones to our company sites?

Yes you will need to give us a call to release additional licenses for your company.

How many forms are we allowed to design?

You can have an unlimited number of forms.

What are integrations?

This is a way for EZguard to be integrated with a company’s existing system or device and be able to communicate with that system.
